We believe that only through clarifying and then living up to our customers’ expectations, can we hope to earn their ongoing loyalty.
All service recommendations are categorized into one of three conditions
S = SEVERE OR SAFETY
The repair should be performed immediately
R = RECOMMENDED
The repair should be performed at the earliest convenient date.
A = ADVISE
The condition should be monitored to avoid future problems
Our technicians’ time is billed out at competitive rates. The total labor estimate is calculated by using either actual hours spent on the repair, referring to an industry approved labor time guide, or by a job package menu price.
We use only high-quality parts backed by a national warranty. If requested, we will make available your replaced parts.
All parts and labor are guaranteed for at least 12 months or 12,000 miles from the initial service date unless otherwise stated on your invoice and not to exceed manufactures warranty.
Code of Ethics
We will always explain exactly what repair is required, and why, before we proceed with the work. In addition, when the job is done, we explain ALL charges thoroughly.
The service assistant assigned to your vehicle will gladly be available to answer any questions you may have.
We can only solve your problem is we know about it, so please tell us if we have failed to meet your expectations in any way.
The First Visit
On your first visit, we will ask for your permission to perform a Comprehensive Bumper-to-Bumper Vehicle Inspection so we can discuss with you exactly what service needs are required to put it in top shape. You can then decide what you want to have repaired and when.
We maintain a computerized history on your vehicle to keep track of every repair from that point forward. We will agree on and establish regular service maintenance intervals based on your personal driving habits.
Follow Up Visits
We let you know when it’s time for scheduled service maintenance and what you can expect based on the information in your computerized history file
Our facility is furnished with the most modern and up to date diagnostic and repair equipment. Only qualified ASE certified technicians will work on your vehicle and we will never do any repairs without your authorization. Every time we repair your vehicle, we test it out, and we will make a courtesy call a few days later to ensure your total satisfaction with the service visit.
All estimates are conducted in accordance with a strict code of ethics, which is described in detail.
We offer and will provide upon your request a Vehicle History Report summarizing all repair and maintenance items, in addition to the date, mileage and associated charges.
